Sales Manager Telco


Our client is an international telecommunications network provider. It invests in fiber-only high-speed internet access network for customers in the Czech Republic. Our client closely co-operates with municipalities of the areas with bad coverage and access to intenet connection and offers full investment (which is ussually tens of milions of CZK) to deliver optical fibre to the area. It also closely co-operates and does business with nation wide as well as local telecomunication operators to provide access to reliable and speedy internet connection for their customers in the respective area, from local residents to businesses.

We are searching for a Sales Manager, who would be responsible for acquistion of clients in newly covered areas and team management. Job responsibilities include:

  • Preparing and giving product demonstrations
  • Preparing and giving technology and product architecture presentations
  • Delivery of on-gong feedback to product development/management based on prospect or customer interaction, product issues, field deployments and generally observed market trends
  • Responding to prospect and discussing product enhancements
  • Continuous improvement and refinement of pre-sales processes and best practice strategies
  • Oversee customer implementations, and integration. Become main point of contact for clients technical issues.


  • A Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering or similar; Master or equivalent work experience is an advantage
  • At least 3 years of experience on simmilar positon in technical customer support
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral; proactive and customer oriented
  • Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize multiple support assignments and projects
  • Communicative English
